A unique 100% Grenache wine, crafted from 45-year-old vines across 1.5 hectares. Experience the blend of sandy 'Pied de Baud' and stony 'Cabrières' terroirs, offering a fresh, less tannic taste. Partially destemmed, aged in steel and oak for 18 months, this wine captures the essence of its cool northern Châteauneuf-du-Pape location. Black cherries, blackberries, peppery herbs, and earthy nuances all emerge from a medium-bodied, nicely concentrated, focused, classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
