Description
The grapes for this wine were sent directly to the press whole cluster. The juice was pressed to tank, and then cold crashed. We racked the juice off heavy solids to allow the brightness to shine through. It was fermented and aged in stainless steel. The Albariño was kept cold throughout its life to retain as much natural dissolved CO2 as possible to lift the pallet with the perception of freshness and a light spritz.
If you like Txakoli or other coastal inspired wine, this is a great wine for you to try. A little salty, but fresh, and tastes like melons and lime zest.
