100% Ferm Servadou. From stony, limestone terroir and 60-year-old vines, Fer Servadou is a dark-skinned grape variety found in southwest France, which tends to be medium bodied with firm tannins. This expression of the grape is alive with notes of ripe raspberry, green fig, red currant and white pepper. A very pleasing wine.
