Domaine de la Combe "Zeste", 2022, 750ml



Pierre-Henri uses slightly overripe Melon de Bourgogne for this wine that he then macerates on the skins for about a week. Once the juice is pressed and fermented, it rests on the lees for 8 months.

The wine is fruity, pithy and a little savory. If you're looking for a little funk, this is the one for you.
