Description
90% Listán Blanco, 10% Albillo Criollo, sustainably grown. Lghtly fined and unfiltered. A pretty, tropical nose, with a citrusy, slightly salty palate and a long, round, minerally finish. So good with salt crusted fish, spaghetti alle vongole, or sardines on toast.
Listan Blanco can be intensely ashy and structured - this one is a bit chilled out with lots of lime leaf on the nose and palate. A good entry point for Tenerife.
