Description
The palate is vibrant and high toned. It delivers an abundance of fruit initially with flavors of cantaloupe melon, tangerine, ginger, and apricot. As it finishes the Erbaluce becomes even more bright and fresh with fantastic minerality underpinned by delicate layers of thyme, underbrush, and Meyer lemon zest. There’s no oak to get in the way of the fruit and mineral or to soften the wine’s edges. Instead it is all about vibrant freshness.
