Christopher Barth is a young garagiste coming out of the well regarded Geisenheim enology school. This is a generation not raised on the würstel-sweet-Riesling-cruise-control. They are re-thinking wine growing, wine making, and wine aesthetics. They are also adamant about biodynamic viticulture, and making trocken wines (truly trocken wines!).
