Ficus Tineke, "Variegated Rubber Tree"
Description Ficus tineke has many identities-- rubber bush, rubber tree, rubber plant, Indian rubber tree--all this lady. It's a species of flowering plant native to eastern parts of South and Southeast Asia. The tineke variety has variegated leaves.
Indoor Care This indoor plant thrives in bright indirect light, and unlike it's burgundy varietal counterpart, does not thrive in lower light. Ample weekly waterings are best in the spring and summer, but this can be decreased in winter months to avoid overwatering.
Toxicity Mildly toxic to humans and animals if ingested, will cause tummy troubles.
Dimensions These come as a single stem in 6" pot.
