Description
Julie has 0.7 hectares of old vines in Moulin-à-Vent, planted in 1913 - here the soils are granite and quartz. And the wine is named after her friend Brice (Briçou is his nickname), who has helped her for the last two years. It's a name change from Docteur Buchaille, her other friend and neighbour (Julien Buchaille) who also helps out. Neither of them are real doctors... but they like to prescribe wine... ;) 3 weeks carbonic maceration, then raised in old barrels for 10 months. Not fined or filtered.
