PS Wine Club Presents: WTF is Carbonic Maceration?
Press Shop Wine Club Is back with May's tasting titled "WTF is Carbonic Maceration?" This ticketed event will include tasting and education on wines made by carbonic maceration with our host, Chris McLLoyd of Specialty Wine.
Big questions we aim to answer are:
"What even are you saying?"
"How is this winemaking different from other kinds of winemaking?"
"Why would I buy a bottle of carbonic wine? To age? To drink alone? To eat with?"
Chris represents Specialty Wine's portfolio, which is full of carbonically fermented wines from all over the world. Chris is a WSET 2 Sommelier and an active member of the Atlanta wine industry. He brings Press Shop some of the neighborhood's favorite bottles and seriously knows his stuff.
This tasting will include about 4 glasses of wine and light snacks.
PS Wine Club will be hosting a ticketed tasting once a month, and spots will be limited to sixteen people, total. Be sure to snag a spot for you (and a friend!) before this tasting fills up!
