Description
Alessandro Viola Note di Rosso is a natural red wine from Sicily, Italy, crafted from 80% Nero d'Avola and 20% Syrah grapes grown organically across two vineyard sites near Alcamo. The vines are cultivated on calcareous and clay soils in the Pietra Rinosa and Fastuchera districts at 400 meters elevation on Monte Bonifato. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by six months aging in chestnut barrels. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfites added.
