Our favorite producer from Turkey is back with their "House Red," which is an excellent example of weeknight table wine. It's packed with dark, ripe fruit, but remains light enough on its feet to pair well with food. Paşaeli House Red is a blend of Karasakız (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), and Çalkarası (10%) varieties. Each variety is sourced from a unique terroir and fermented with native yeast. This elegant blend unites the diverse terroir of the Aegean region, expressing all its diversity. This is a fresh, fruit-forward ode to the bistros of Istanbul and beyond.
