Description

Cold maceration during 1 day at 10º C. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts during 14 days at 23-25º C with 3 daily pump-overs. Malolactic fermenation in Frenc oak barrels. Aging during 6 months in 3rd and 4th use oak barrels and then in concrete until bottling in
November 2024.  ALC: 14%. Total acidity 5,66. PH 3,61. Residual sugar -2. This wine has not been clarified, stabilized neither filtered to preserve all the natural caracteristics of its origin. 

Notes of ripe black fruit, nuts, ground spice and smoky cedar on the nose.
Bright and juicy with medium to full body and fine tannins. Firm and linear.
