Grown in the highlands of Pasco, Peru, this microlot reflects the careful work of smallholder producers farming near the Oxapampa–Asháninka–Yánesha Biosphere Reserve. The cup opens with soft acidity and a smooth body, bringing out notes of guava and apple that become more pronounced as it cools. A caramel base and black tea finish give this coffee a steady, lingering clarity. Limited in quantity and available for a short run.
