Description
A Jura Chardonnay that walks a fine line: well-drained soil of limestone scree, a sunny slope, and at the end of the glass, a sensation of pale stone that refreshes everything. The fruit remains precise, more pear and ripe lemon than butter or vanilla, with a taut, mouthwatering palate that lingers on a delicate salinity. There's movement, air, as if the valley were breathing into the wine, keeping it constantly alive. Nothing is heavy, everything is defined: a white wine of character, more mineral than charming, which gains even more clarity with a little aeration.
