Our single origin bars are made of only two ingredients cacao and organic cane sugar. That's it. We source premium cacao beans that have delicious, terroir driven flavor profiles, then add only enough sugar to bring out the best expression of that profile. Flavor notes: brown sugar, baking spices & caramel with underlying notes of dark fruits and tropical flowers. Medium-high complexity with a long finish. Pairs well with: pinot noirs, lattes, fruit & cheese plates, a comfy armchair on a rainy day. Origin information: direct-sourced from cac pangoa, a coffee and cacao farmers cooperative that is organic and fair-trade certified in the upper amazon of Peru.
