With an intense nose of ripe, juicy red and dark fruits, and a touch of freshly dug earth, ecologically conscious Arnaud Bladinières and his 30-year-old Malbec vines take Cahors into the present day while preserving its classic roots. The round, very fruity palate has a solid structure but very soft, wellintegrated tannins from a year and a half worth of aging.
