Fiesta: A Collection of Spanish Recipes brings together nine kitchens and nine dishes from across Barcelona — a city with a deep culinary tradition and a food scene shaped by an ever-evolving mix of cultural influences.
Produced in collaboration with Shanghai-based fashion brand Short Sentence for the launch of their "Fiesta" summer capsule collection, this recipe book moves through three chapters — The Classics, A New Take, From the Sea — with recipes ranging from slow-cooked Catalan staples to inventive takes on Mediterranean flavors, all designed to be cooked at home.
Alongside each recipe is an "Off-Menu Conversation" between the editor and the chef behind the dish. Local and international, classically trained and self-taught, each chef shares their journey in the culinary world and what drives them to keep cooking.
