Description
A very special bottling from one of our favorite producers! Bien Nacido is a highly lauded vineyard in the Central Coast, some even claim it's the very best in the area. The vines were planted in 1973 (some of the oldest in the country!) and produce intense and flavorful fruit. The grapes were 70% destemmed, cold soaked for 4 days and fermented with native yeasts.
The wine is fresh even being a little back vintage, smells like wet earth and peppercorn with notes of dark bosenberry on the palate.
