Polvorete arrived in 2019 to complete the family of Godello wines that Bodegas Emilio Moro produces in El Bierzo. It is made from 100% Godello grapes, a distinguishing feature of our whites that lets you get to know the variety to the full.

The label pays homage to the people of Bierzo, to those people who, for generations, have cared for the land that today provides us with the grapes from which we make our wines.

Polvorete 2025 is a bright and aromatic wine, displaying clear notes of green apple, pear, and white flowers that lead into a fresh, lively palate. On the mouth, it is light, balanced, and highly approachable, with a welljudged acidity that enhances its fruit-forward character and a smooth texture that adds breadth without losing vibrancy. Despite its youth, it already showcases the distinct personality of the Godello variety: pure fruit expression, a subtle mineral backbone, and a delicately saline finish that invites another sip.
