Description
Hillside, 40-50 year old, organic vines growing at the bast of The Alps. Neutral oak ferment and aged. Pours out light and translucent. The smell and taste is light and lovely. Get wild strawberries, violets, chamomile, black tea, pink peppercorns. Has refreshing acidity and a lengthy, berry/floral finish. Good red wine to pair with lighter fish dishes.
