Description
Fresh apricots, and a kiss of flinty caramel on the nose make way for a textured, and layered palate of peach blossoms, tangerine and life affirming acidity. Great for a solo date, but also plays well with others if you’re feeling peckish.
The Chardonnay is de-stemmed and fermented on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel. The Riesling and Chenin Blanc are foot tread and macerated on the skins for two days before being pressed and moved to stainless for primary fermentation. The wine is then aged in a mixture of stainless steel and neutral oak for 10 months and bottled unfiltered. 100% native yeast, and the only addition was S02.
