Sourced from 25–60 year-old vineyards planted on pour, calcerous and stony soils at 700m above sea level. Hand harvested in the middle of September and fermented by ambient yeast in stainless steel with no additions or subtractions. A dry, fresh, summery white wine from the talented hands of Pepe Raventós. Bright, clean yellow color. It combines intense fruity aromas with light floral notes and fine, fresh herbaceous notes. Elegant nose, white fruit flavors. It stands out for its freshness, good acidity, and volume.
