Certified Organic and Biodynamic. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Due to 2024’s humidity and cold, the 2024 Sancerre is a blend of the entire harvest of Sauvignon blanc, including all the parcels traditionally bottled as single vineyards, except for le Chêne Marchand. Thus, this wine comprises a true fingerprint of the domaine and, likely, one of the best values in Sancerre. Hand-harvested. Pressed and fermented spontaneously. Aged on fine lees for nine months in stainless steel. Cold settling and filtering on cellulose plates before bottling. Unfined. A wine of incredible poise.
