Lemon peel, sage leaf, rhubarb root, chinotto, juniper berry, anise. Extracted individually, balanced with lemon juice and Demerara cane sugar (pressed directly from sugar cane to retain its molasses character and subtle mineral notes) at 4g per bottle. Mediterranean sea salt provides mineral finish.
