100% Gamay from Rancho Coda – an exciting new vineyard planted on Franciscan soils at 1,000 ft elevation in the Russian River Valley. Fermented partially carbonic, before being crushed by foot and finished whole cluster to integrate the skin contact, extraction, and spice. Pressed to neutral barrique for a short 6 month elevage and bottled young to preserve delicate aromatics.
