Description
Van de Sype's Semi-Sparkling Ancestral Rosé is a rustic refermented wine from the Modena area, produced by Sebastian in his second life after years as an engineer. With the help of fellow Belgian Frank Cornelissen, he founded his estate under the banner of sustainability and an artisanal philosophy. Fruity and fresh on the nose, with hints of yeast typical of the style, while on the palate it is fresh, drinkable and very juicy.
Made up of Lambrusco Grasparossa 90%, Trebbiano 10%, sees 12 months on the lees. Flavors of strawberry, hibiscus, plum, yeasty hints.
