We are a small store and want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns to original form of payment for unused, unopened merchandise within 14 days of purchase. If something you purchased (or was purchased for you as a gift) doesn’t feel like a love connection, just send an email to describing your issue and we will work on an exchange. If something is wrong with your purchase, we can discuss an exchange or refund. After a product has been used or damaged (for apparel, worn beyond just “trying on”) we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are working with Press Shop on a custom printing order, please refer to your print services contract for questions about reprints, typos, order cancellations and postponements.
