Description

Alexis Hudon moved to France after working for 10 years as a sommelier in Quebec. He worked in Burgundy for a few harvests and then landed in Loire. He doesn't own the land he sources the fruit from, but he does tend to the vines himself.

This is a blend of Gamay, Braucol and Grolleau. It's bright and juicy with some dark earth as a backbone. Serve it slightly chilled!
