Wow what a Monastrell. So much has gone into this wine. The 20 years of aging , the use of a 100 year old solera system. Purple with violet hues the notes are fig and tobacco Medium bodied with subdued tannins and rich ripe fruit mouthfeel. Plum and coffee come in first with loads of licorice to compliment this beautiful Spanish red.
