Catch & Release Lover Girl Pinot Gris is a white natural wine made from 100% biodynamic Pinot Gris grapes grown at Filigreen Farm, Anderson Valley, California. Direct press. 20 day native yeast fermentation in stainless steel.
Winemakers' notes: Glossy pear, honey roasted macadamia nuts and baking spice sprinkled throughout. It’s Alsace with a dollop of sunshine. Polished and delicious.
