A focused, precise nose of Asian pear, Quince, white Peach, and lemongrass. The aromas are initially tight and linear, but open up with a swirl or two of air. Air reveals a weighted, complex, earth-driven note of wet stone and lanolin, suggesting the ability to gain weight and power with time. The palate is viscous, with a smoothly textured profile and bright acids that define the flavors. Intentionally made to drink on release, this will unfurl in complexity over the next four to six years.
