Description
Lifted aromatics of freshly cut watermelon, guava, grapefruit pith, candied orange rind, and tarragon. On alternate Mondays and full moons, I also get the most subtle hint of salt air and pecorino cheese.
The entry is fresh, crisp, with a lovely smooth viscosity. The flavors mirror the aromatics, providing wonderful energy and tension with the fresh acids leaving a lasting impression on the finish. This is complex and refreshingly delicious at the same time.
A beautiful dry, crisp, and inviting rosé is made using grapes from 100-year-old Mourvedre and Carignan vines and 110-year-old Palomino vines.
