Large Neon Atlanta Print
The process you will see in these photos is called "souping." It's a technique in which a roll of film is immersed in various substances, like water, lemon juice and salt -- "the soup." The film is left to soak for up to 24 hours, then rinsed and dried for two weeks. Once dry, it's developed by hand and then scanned and edited digitally. Every soup combo produced a different result on each of the film's frames; you never know what you're going to get! Every image is unique and cannot be repeated.
