A completely unique sparkling pear and Aligoté cider-wine full of verve, depth, texture, and delight.
Kate's personal project of 100 year of orchard pears hand milled and pressed on Willamette Valley Aligoté skins and stems (both hand picked!) . Fermented naturally in barrel and finished in bottle to capture bubbles much in the same vein as a Pét Nat! It's delicious, refreshing, fruity but not sweet. Don't miss out on this tiny bottling!
