The youth of the estate in its most straightforward version. A Chenin that is all about verticality, aged without artifice, on lees, straight up. Lemon nose, green apple, wet chalk. On the palate, it's sharp but never thin, with a dry finish that calls for shellfish, simple and briny things. A wine of soil more than of style.
