Domaine Paul Prieur is located in Verdigny, in the heart of the Sancerre appellation in the Loire Valley. The family estate has been managed by Luc Prieur since 2012, representing the 11th generation. 100% whole cluster, 2-week vinification and maceration with no added SO2, little extraction, aged for 15 months in used barrels, no fining, no filtration, approx. 30 ppm SO2 total at bottling.
