Description
The Riesling and Chardonnay fruit for this wine hails from our estate vineyard on the Hackett Ranch. The natural fermentation process includes a pied de cuve and 13 days on the skins. This winemaking method is known as "Orange Wine" or "Skin-contact wine" and involves extracting additional color and flavor from the contact between juice and skin. The wine is finished in stainless steel tanks. Unfined and unfiltered. Tasting notes of raw honey, herbal tea, and tree fruit.
