Certified Biodynamic made from 40% Grüner Veltliner, 40% Riesling, and 20% Chardonnay, the young-vine Grüner Veltliner is blended with Riesling and Chardonnay grapes that were picked at the levels typical of sparkling wine. This wine is made from 100% Estate fruit (Seneca Lake AVA), hand-sorted and whole cluster pressed. It's made using indigenous yeast fermentation and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
