Description
100% Riesling from No Clos Radio Vineyard in Tualatin Hills AVA (NW Willamette Valley). Fruit from No Clos Radio was planted in the early 1970’s, is own-rooted, dry farmed, and is farmed organically. Fruit is foot trodden and spends a couple of hours on skins before pressing. Fermented and aged in 228L neutral oak barrels. A weightier riesling, lots of savory aromatics. Grassy, chamomile tea, and green apple fruit cocktail.
