Description
Aromatic with loads of white flowers and pear blossom. It reminds me of French-milled soap in a good way. The wine is slightly off-dry and its citrusy acidity adds freshness that carries through to the finish. The bubbles are frothy and persistent. We would happily drink this by the pool or bring to a party to serve as an aperitif, ideally with some cheese or fried food.
