Description
This wine is mostly Chardonnay blended with 20% Tocai Friulano. The fruit gets 10-14 days on the skins, so it's definitely orange wine, but light enough that the tannins don't go fully over extracted tea leaves. This wine is truly a sensual experience. It's floral and fruity on the nose with a little bit of lemon peel and the spine of acidity on the palate is balanced with salinity and lightly bitter herbs.
