Description
This wine is 100% Fiano from the Lapio’s districts of Tognano, Arianiello and Lenze grown 500-600 meters above sea level in calcareous clay soil of volcanic origin. Fermentation happens in stainless steel for 40 days and is aged in stainless steel tanks on its lees for 10 months, plus 6/8 months in bottle.
