100% Inzolia, an ancient Sicilian grape. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures and aged on fine lees for four months without malolactic fermentation to retain purity and freshness. Aromas of orange blossom (zagara), broom flower, white peach, lemon zest, green apple, and almond with a refreshing, light-to-medium-bodied palate and clean mineral finish.
