Deep Löss soils and chalky clay soil are the base for this Grüner Veltliner. With the slopes and plateaus of their gentle hills they achieve perfect balance between ripeness and acidity for this tight, spicy and fresh Grüner Veltliner. The nose presents white pepper, apple and pear aromas. On the palate you will find notes of spiciness and a refreshing acidity light-bodied with crisp acidity and a savory mineral backbone. Notes of orchard fruit, lemon grass, and white pepper mingle with loamy earth tones.. It is a wine with depth and elegance. Weinviertler Veltliner as it should be.
