Description
This wine is made from old vine Riesling from Wirz Vineyard (Cienega Valley) & Chardonnay. It's named after Serpentinite, the state rock of California and is found throughout the coastal range mountains including San Benito County. The grapes were picked by hand over several passes between three different vineyards. 17 days of skin contact, unfined and just the lees were filtered for clarity
