Based on Bennwihr Pinot Blanc, Gris and Noir as well as Auxerrois that are cultivated on a slope and were picked and pressed together, the 2023 Pierres Sauvages opens with a clear and aromatic bouquet of ripe pears and apples as well as earthy notes and a delicate phenol freshness. Round and elegant on the palate, this is a very intense yet well structured, saline and fine grippy white that is absolutely digestible and highly stimulating.
