Description
A bright white sourced from organically farmed vineyards within 20 km of Domaine du Clos Roca in Nizas. Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache Blanc are harvested and vinified separately, directly pressed, and fermented in stainless steel after cold settling. The wine is aged separately for two months in stainless steel before blending, with malolactic fermentation blocked to preserve freshness. Deep limestone-based soils contribute to the wine’s regional character. Tasting citrus, fresh white fruit, herbal notes, crisp acidity, clean finish.
