This wine's claim to fame is that it's Italy's first single vineyard white wine. It's slightly modernized in style now that it's fermented in cement. There is so much flavor and aroma to find in this wine. First sip it's apples and ginger and green herbs, but as you drink down the glass, you'll notice the salinity and savory backbone of the wine. Drink it with fatty fish or even sushi.
