Description
Chepika is a passion project collaboration between renowned sommelier Pascaline Lepeltier and winemaker Nathan Kendall. This release features the almost abandoned grape, Catawba, which is indigenous to the Finger Lakes. The fruit is organic and they use native yeast in the winemaking process.
The wine is bright and lively - part ripe apricot, part chalky sweet tart candy.
